OTP Problems

I was doing a fund transfer from GCash to another local bank for lease payment but no matter what I do delayed talaga OTP. If I wait for 10 minutes, it arrives but expired na. If I immediately click "resend OTP" it sends me the previous OTP that I asks for and it says OTP is wrong.

I tried all the troubleshooting methods that GCash recommended. Even uninstalled and installed again. Now, I can no longer log in to my account because it refuses to give me OTP anymore! No delay, no sending of previous OTP. Nada! Lumala pa ang problema.

I tried calling yung walang kwentang hotline nila pero automated lang naman. I have no way to send tickets since hindi nga ako makapasok. Nababaliw na ako. Please help! What worked for you? I tried:

- Clearing cache and data

- turning airplane mode on and off

- removing and replacing my sim card.

- turning off VoLTE.
