Creators, how do you organized your files? What's your biggest pain?

Hey everyone, I'm doing some research for a small tool I am building and I need real feedback from creators , editors and animators

Right now I 'm trying to understand how people handle their files, because every creator I know has the same problem

• random PNG everywhere • meme folder with zero structure • screenshots dumped in desktop folders • sound effects scattered in 50 places • green screen mixed with export
