[Spoiler]The Grind for Tauron strikes
Now that the Update is out we all want to get the New Tauron strikes and The grind for them is what I wanne talk about today!
As a quick recap, Tauron strikes can be unlocked with Materials from the new Mode called Perrita Rebellion. Where you always get 12 minutes to completed as many objektives as you can AND afterwards fight a small Boss.
What I wanne talk about us that in the opinion of me and a few friends the Grind Is a bit too harsch. Especialy for people who either play solo or only with Randoms.
Now for numbers! (All numbers refer to the Steelpath Version as we did not yet try the normal Starchart version)
You get 10 of one Material for merely defeating the Voss at the end. In addition you also gain one extra per objektive completed. Aside from that the only other way we know of as of now to get these is IF a certain vendor Sells them but than they also can only be bought once and that is RNG.
In our Experience in a Coordinated squad that is put together for speed [Wisp, Volt, Saryn and Nova] you can ik a good run get about 9-10 Objectives done. That means you get about 20 of each mat per run though the numbers is normaly closer to 7-8 so 17-18 is more Realistic.
That means you need about 9 Rund to get the 150 of ONE of the Three Materials you need so 1.8 Hours per Material. That times three 5.4 Hours per weapon Times 5 for All weapons Means if you want All of them you'll be farming for 27 HOURS STRAIGHT. And that is if everything goes Well and you have a Coordinated squad. Doing it solo or with Randoms could very well double that time.
In our opinion DE should up the Extra mats you get for each Objectives from 1 to 2 or 3 to make it a bit nicer and fairer for solo players.
What are your opinions on the Grind? Is it fair? Is it fun? Did DE Cook or burn themselves with it?
