Display customer XLS list in Google MyMaps for route planning?

I do not have much experience in this matter yet. I start a new job in January and get a customer list in Excel format. I would like to integrate these into my Maps and then be able to make a route planning, I can make it easier with ChatGPT? How would you proceed?
