I got half tuittion for MED school at cuhk sz

I was very upset because I was counting on full tuition. I wanted to know if this mean that the rest of the universities in Hong Kong, China, and maybe Korea (as CUHK sz level) would not accept me, and even if they will, they would not give me at least full tuition? I believed that my portfolio is quite good, a successful project and academic results are much higher than average, seems it wasnt good enough

what should i do?
