O Scar or Double Incision?

Hi, I have booked top surgery at Kamol Hospital in Feb. Through the Photos that I sent, the doctor suggested to do O scar surgery. But I am worried as I have medium size breast but with fit body and under 57 kg. They mentioned that revision rate is around 20% for O scar surgery.

So I am thinking of getting DI despite the big scars, more cost (around €1000 difference) longer operation hours and more recovery time.

Do you have any opinions or suggestions? Most posts that I see here are also DI and they inspire me to have DI too.
