Could I have hemorrhoids?

I am 19M and I have been having itching in my anus since Monday and I believe when it started I had diarrhea right before but after that I just started experiencing lots of itching not really any pain just itching that's the only symptom but could I potentially have hemorrhoids without other significant symptoms?
