Help plsssss

So guys basically Im in 10th grade and have my boards in a few weeks and I’m really confused on how to study science cuz I’m ncert the paragraphs are toooo long and time consuming and Im not able to understand aswell . Any help on how to study effectively or any other book?????pls helpppp
