Hi everyone,

I've been working on several projects recently (Laravel and React), and every time I reached the "localization" phase, it was a headache.

I tried using standard translation tools, but they often messed up the file structure:

1. **Broken JSON keys:** Translating the key instead of just the value.
2. **Messed up variables:** Turning `{name}` into localized text or losing the brackets, which caused the app to crash.

I built [**SetLocale**](https://setlocale.xyz?ref=redditSP) to scratch my own itch.

**What it does:** It takes your language files, identifies the format, locks the variables/syntax (like `%s`, `:count`, `{name}`, or HTML tags), and translates only the human-readable text.

**Key Features:**

* **Syntax Safe:** Your code won't break after translation.
* **Format Support:** JSON, PHP Arrays, XML, YAML, ARB, PO.
* **No Friction:** No sign-up/account required.
* **Privacy:** It accepts Crypto payments, and files are auto-deleted after 30 days.

It uses a hybrid model (AI for speed + logic for syntax protection).

I'd love to get some feedback from other developers here. Is the UI intuitive? Are there any other file formats you frequently use that I should add?

Thanks!
