Consistent Crashes on Xbox Series S?

Is anyone else having issues on Xbox? I am consistently crashing at the end of missions, wasting all my time and getting no medals and having to rejoin with friends.

I have 1 Gbps wifi and an ethernet cable. I have plenty of storage on the xbox. I have almost all my graphics settings at the minimum possible.

I love this game but i seriously am almost at my breaking point with the constant crashes

Is there anything I am doing wrong or could fix?
