Best low-profile on-ear headphones under $50

Hello! Long story long, I'm trying to reduce how much I use my phone, and part of that is finding a way to keep listening to music. I have a few old iPods that'd make this really easy, but I find that I rarely want to use wired earbuds because I either need to untangle them every time I want to listen to music, or I need to "wear" them just dangling out the front of my shirt. My genius solution is that I need to find a good pair of low-profile headphones I can constantly wear as an assessory AND as decent headphones I can swiftly slip on, like the Koss KPH40s. The way they look isnt all that important, but I am fairly active and sometimes stupid, so I want to stay under $50 in the case I manage to bust them. A metal headband might also be good, like the Koss Porta Pros (ive heard bad things so they arent currently on my wishlist). All that said, anyone have any recs?

TLDR; What are some good headphones with the following qualities: On-Ear Wired Under $50 Slim/Light Reasonable to wear around the neck for long periods Metal headband is a plus
