How to split rent with roommate?

Looking at renting a place for $480 a week, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with one other girl. She will be providing appliances/furniture and having her 2 cats off the lease. She is happy to take the master bedroom that is slightly larger, has an ensuite and small balcony attached. I am happy to take another bedroom, and will use the other bathroom.

How would you split the $480 a week between us?
