CIG PLEASE CONSIDER ECOWIPE - IT IS TIME.

CIG and members of the SC community please hear my call and take a moment to reflext on the current in-game economy.

As fun as it has been to keep items, aUEC and ships carrying over from patch-to-patch, it is time for a full eco-wipe, or at the very least a full aUEC wipe back to your starting money.

We've had countless number of items duplication issues and infinate economy wipes yet I haven't seen the community nor CIG posting about this, and I do understand that people does not want to lose their 'hard earned' items. But let's be real for a moment.

Market prices for basic to advanced items are in the ranges of 100m to 10bn which is outragous considering mission payouts are around 100,000 aUEC and your starting money around 20,000 aUEC.

The issues I can recall within the year of playability are;

HULL-C commodity dupe. - no wipe.
Inventory duplication dupe (items weren't wiped), for instance duplicated valakkar pearls got converted into AAA pearls. - aUEC wipe for some (if you duplicated and sold janalite).
Dupree commodity dupe. - no wipe.
GrimHex aUEC dupe. - no wipe.

I am not a hardcore trader in the game but "everyone" has billions, and when someone new logs online the question is ' do you have all ships in game ' do you want me to send you 1bn so you can buy all ships in game? ' - This is not a fun nor engaging economy. A lot of players at this moment.
