What benefits did you really get after activating free Google AI Pro?

After activating the plan, I only received the 2 TB Google One storage. I don’t see Gemini integrated into Google Workspace apps like Gmail or Docs, nor do I have higher prompt limits on the Gemini 3 Thinking model. I’m still capped at the usual 3–5 prompts per day like free users. It’s been about 3–4 hours since activation.
