Jay and Deedee marriage theory

Okay so agree to disagree but what are the chances that Jay might have had a kid out of infidelity when he was still married to Deedee. I mean it’s pretty clear that even long before they got divorced they had rocky relationship so what are the chances that Jay had an affair and had another kid with other woman, or maybe he had a kid before he even met Deedee and before Claire was born? Would y’all have liked seeing such episode where they would’ve shown Jay’s secret kid?
