Overwhelmed by multiple diagnoses and burnout, looking for support on next steps

Need Support

Tldr; I am lost in the sea of labels and diagnosis (Diagnosed - GAD, ADHD, ASD, OCPD; suspected - Dyslexia, sleep disorder). The medical support system has been hard and dismissive. I am not in the right mental state to be able to navigate this situation and hence seeking guidance/support.

I have been burnt out for months now. I am physically and mentally exhausted and have to fight my way through the medical system to get some help.

After being told by everyone including psychologists and medical professionals that there is no way that I am neurodivergent, I finally got diagnosed with Autism and ADHD last week (ADHD was few months ago).

Now psychologists suddenly suspect dyslexia as well (which I have been suspecting for years now). And I suspect some kind of sleep disorder similar to narcolepsy. But they won't test me for sleep disorder as they never take me seriously.

I already have general anxiety disorder which was diagnosed about 4 years ago, and impacts my gut severely. But my current psychiatrist refuses to acknowledge that gut issues are being cased due to it and hence refuses to treat them.

I have been over-medicated in the past and had to go through multiple withdrawals, and other general side-effects. I am actually going through one right now, because my current psychiatrist stopped Bupropion 300mg, cold turkey. So now I am also afraid of starting antidepressant again.

My mind is not in a state to make rational decision right now. And all these labels and diagnosis are getting out of hand. Especially for some reason the medical professionals seem to be unable to manage these comorbidities together. Some have even said it to my face or mentioned in reports that my case is too complex for them.

All I want right now is to get back to a normal life. Please help me navigate this situation and get the care I need.
