My 28M girlfriend 29F ditched me on a trip

I was going on a trip with my girlfriend I have paid for literally everything. We went to shopping yesterday and she didn't bring her card (there are always discounts on her card and she never has it when it is needed) now we had an argument on it and I didn't feel like shopping so I went home and went hers.

Today she had a nice spa/makeover(which was already booked and paid by me 4 days back non refundable) and I asked her to come to the shopping mall which she denied and said she wants me to come to her place to pick her up. So we had a heated argument on that and then she said she won't go because she doesn't has clothes.

Now I don't feel like I should go on the trip with her. I'm not sure whether I should even go alone. Everything is paid for, i don't know what to do.
