Start a new channel or create a new account?

Hey, I’m about to start a new channel and was wondering if I should just create a new channel under my current account or should I add another account that’s specifically for the new videos. Is there any benefit to doing it this way? Or should I just keep it all under the same account? I was wondering if it would be more beneficial to tie the new channel to a new email account as I'm going to try and take it more seriously than before so it might be good to keep things separate, but I'm not sure.

I have YouTube premium tied to my current account, not sure if that makes a difference. Is there any benefit to uploading videos with an account that has premium vs one without?

Any help is appreciated, cheers!
