Swimsuit smells of smoke

I bought a new swimsuit that arrived yesterday, I tried it on and checked it over and all seemed fine so I clicked 'everything is ok'

I noticed this morning that it really smells of smoke. I've got a cold and not sure my sense of smell was working yesterday.

It was great value and I love the swimsuit so I don't want to send it back or ask for a refund or anything, but should I a) let the seller know, and/or b) mention it in a review?
