PS4 — Open Road laptop cursor stuck at top of the screen

When I join an invite-only or normal session, register as MC President, and then go to the Open Road laptop or the Nightclub one, the in-game cursor is frozen/stuck at the top of the screen and I can’t move or select anything.

The first times this happened it was after finishing missions, but it has now happened again immediately after entering a session, registering as MC President, and using the computer — no mission involved.

Changing sessions does not fix it. Restarting the entire game does fix it temporarily, but the bug keeps returning (now multiple times across different days).

I’ve tried: unregistering/re-registering as MC, switching sessions, and waiting before using the laptop. None of these reliably prevent the issue.
