New Chromae Set Not Showing Up

So I redeemed the chromae doll code ages ago and I have the badge but no set. I saw some had to wait for it to show up in game but it’s been a day since the launch of the new set. Is anyone else still waiting or do I need to contact rh’s customer service email?
