Account "permanently" deleted

Hello everyone, my account was stolen 2 years ago for trusting a trade that was deceptive. When I contacted Epic Games to request the recovery of the account, they told me that it was highly difficult to recover, and that my last option was to delete it PERMANENTLY. When I did it, the 14 days passed for it to be 100% deleted and it was finally deleted. But after a few days I said, I'm going to play Rocket League but of course, thinking that I didn't have the same things as before I got a little angry but I got involved anyway. But to my surprise I still had my things from the deleted account and to this day too. I would like to get an answer in case I can recover it. Thank you
