How long the sleep regression last? We are losing it man.😭

Another night and my 16 month old son is up for the past 2 hours. I can't take this anymore.

For the past 10 days, max sleep I got was 3,4 hours a night.

What did you guys do to help your babies recover from this stupid shit?
