Low LH after TFMR and no period yet.. Frustrated

I have been testing LH post TFMR (at 19+2 weeks) since I got negative pregnancy test, and the values are really low. They used to be 0.2-0.4 baseline with a ~1.2 peak pre-TFMR but now I am getting 0.01~0.2 baseline values. I’ve got 0.7 once 3 weeks post TFMR but I am not sure if that was a peak.

I wanted to ttc before my period comes back but based on my LH tests, I don’t think I can get pregnant before my period. So I am trying to be patient and waiting for my period to come back. It is 4 weeks 4 days post TFMR and I know it can take much longer for period to be back for some people. But I cannot help myself feeling impatient.

I would like to be patient but it is so hard ❤️‍🩹
