Weight gain/loss effects on the line sketch?

I'm hesitant to claim an ID after I've gained some weight because I think my line might look very different vs when I was lighter weight. Has anyone had any experience with this and how much different did the line look? I know your ID doesn't change but I would imagine it's harder to tell which ID is correct with higher/lower weights.
