Tv making sharp noises

Hi, our Philips TV is making some very sharp high pitch noises since the last couple of days. These are about 1-2 seconds long, and they happen every 20 minutes I would say. Even if the TV is off. Not very loud but you van clearly hear it.

Does anyone else have this "issue"?
