Is my (our) game busted atm?

Not sure what is going on but logged into Div2 today and everything feels like it's made out of wet paper on Heroic+.

I'm running a bog standard Striker 4 piece, Perfect Obliterate chest, Memento Backpack, a p90 and a rifle.

Striker stacks not ramped. Memento stacks not ramped. Golden Bullet not proc yet.

Walk into Heroic Control Point with all directives on. Kill yellow bars so fast they feel like red bars.

Weird.

Go into 4 man Heroic. Everything is a soggy paper bag. Okay fine, 4 people with maxed gear and high end exotic synergies.

Go back to solo, all directives, heroic retaliation. I normally struggle with these. Easily downed when caught off guard. Lose 1-2 of these per day. The ones I complete are typically by the skin of my teeth.

Not tonight. I'm absolutely obliterating kill squads, named enemies, armies of yellow bars, you name it.

It feels like I'm glitched. It says most of my P90 shots are hitting for 350k-ish, but I'm vaporizing enemies to the point it feels like I'm hitting for 2.5m minimum per hit.

I've logged in and out. I've reset my world and flipped Golden Bullet on and off. I've set and unset directives. I've swapped back and forth the difficulties.

Final straw. I went to solo Legendary Hyena stronghold. Granted, they still hit like 12 trucks so I didnt make it through the front door, but the 1-2 enemies I catch at the gate...obliter-freaking-ated.

These are Legendary enemies, with no Golden Bullet, No Strikers ramp up, no Memento stacks, nothing. Turn one vaporizing enemies.

Wtf is happening? Anyone else?
