Long action in Rem 700 foot print

Hi, I'm looking for a new action with below requirements. Any suggestion?

• Rem 700 long action foot print (I'm building a 300 PRC)
• No top rail (I have a MDT ESS chassis that I need to install that high action rail to sit flush with the 12 oclock rail on forend)
• Preferrably can accept prefit barrels
• Budget $2000
