Help with Loprazolam

I’ve been on Dormonoct for around 3 years. Been struggling to get off and struggling to sleep due to ongoing and persistent stress. I’m still taking 2mg prescribed dose, but recently started taking double doses (4mg) due to tolerance. Only doing this when I really struggle to sleep. Are there any dangers? Is 2mg really the maximum dosage for this drug?
