Gowling WLG VI - quick advice/question!

Lucky enough to have progressed to the penultimate stage of their VS application. The VI covers

• Thinking style
• Getting things done
• Overcoming challenges
• Interacting with others

Would really appreciate any advice / insights on how the firm works. From what their website seems to show, it’s like a MC firm but more down to earth but is this actually true from anyone you know who works there.
