Cloud streaming

So I finally dusted off my portal that I'd had for 6 months but frustratingly I can't access cloud streaming on ps plus even though I'm a premium subscriber. It streams games from my PS5 but not from ps plus. The enable function isn't there, it just takes me to info on cloud streaming. Can anyone advise?
