Ugh! Wth is wrong with nykaa and their employees!

I went to the nykaa store yesterday and I wanted to try on few lipsticks from kay beauty and theirblushes, I asked for the employee who freaking was following me everywhere as if I was gonna steal something and when I asked her the shade name because the name was blurry, she literally said "Oh, we don't can't tell you the name of the shade" and I'm like how the hell am I supposed to know then?! And when I asked another employee who was not even doing her hob, she was just scrolling through her phone, I asked about the nyx serum concealer because I didn't see it, she said "we don't have it in stock", it was right next to her (I found it later)
