Zerphis infamy glory uptime

There doesnt seem to be anything that implies zerphis infamy doesnt work with skills that already have a glory-cost. First thing that struck me is that would seriously increase the power and uptime of those skills. 5% life as glory is easily scaled, and 50% increased aoe and MORE damage? Yes please

Anyone with insight into whether this is the case?
