PS5 Platinum Trophy Question

I’m wanting to get the platinum trophy for this game on PS5. I’m not currently looking at any guides. I’d like to do it mostly blind. Do I need to go to every point of interest on the maps for the platinum? Are they worth doing? I’m in Skillege right now and I feel like it’s going to take me forever to explore this whole map. Thanks for any info.
