SPOILER WARNING!

We all know about Sigismund’s retreat at the end of KCD2, but that retreat is only the beginning.

Between 1419 and 1434, Bohemia was consumed by one of the bloodiest and most dramatic conflicts in European history

The Hussite Wars.

After Sigismund ordered the execution of Jan Hus, a man whose ideas shook the very foundations of the Church, Bohemia erupted in anger. His death turned common people, artisans, pillagers, and lower nobles into revolutionaries.

At their head stood a legendary commander Jan Žižka, a man who would soon become one of the greatest military minds of the Middle Ages.

Opposing them were overwhelming forces: Sigismund’s imperial army, Papal crusaders, and powerful German princes, all determined to crush the rebellion and restore control.

When King Wenceslas died of natural causes, Sigismund claimed the throne of Bohemia. But to the people, he was not a king he was the man who had betrayed and executed Jan Hus. Bohemia refused to bow.

This is where the war truly begins.

In the game, we could step into history itself either as Jan Žižka, leading the Hussite armies through fire and faith, or as an older, battle-hardened Henry, caught in the chaos of a nation tearing itself apart.

What do you guys think? Would you rather follow a legend, or finish Henry’s story?
