TV shut down every 10-15sek.

I bough myself the LG OLED48C5ELB 4K OLED evo TV. I did finish setting it up and did want to download a App. But then it shut down. It started like 3s. later again and i tried to install the app again and that happend 3 times. know the tv doesnt turn on at all. Is this a common production issue or did i do sometjing wrong?
