Help Seniors

I got my ETE results of 1st sem but EP mein I only got like 37/100 total so what it can be I have to give ET again as I heard the individual criteria is 14 which I passed and also there is other criteria of total 40/100 where I lack or somebody says it's 35 so what it is 35 or 40 and if so then should I give ETE of it again
