Tried a reddit height routine for a few weeks. Honest results (M /19y)
A few weeks back I posted on Reddit asking for advice on height issues. Not bone growth stuff, but poor posture, constant back tightness, and feeling slightly shorter than I used to. Long sitting hours, bad habits, zero mobility. The usual mess.
One reply stood out. Instead of supplements or gimmicks, they suggested a height routine focused on posture correction and spinal decompression. I was skeptical, but it cost ₹99, so I treated it like an experiment. Worst case, I lose ₹99. Best case, I learn even one method that helps me regain lost height long term, which honestly felt like a lifetime win.
I followed it properly for a few weeks. Here’s the honest outcome:
• Posture improved clearly, especially shoulders and neck • Lower back stiffness dropped a lot • I don’t feel as compressed after long sitting sessions • Standing photos genuinely look different now • The morning vs night height difference feels much smaller
No fantasy claims. I didn’t suddenly grow bones or add inches magically. What it showed me is how much perceived height loss actually comes from posture, spinal loading, and poor mobility.
What worked for me was the focus on daily habits and specific movements, not the vague “just stretch more” advice you see everywhere.
This is only my personal experience, not a recommendation. If anyone here has tried posture- or decompression-based height routines, did you notice similar changes? I’m genuinely curious about real experiences.
