Hello , wish you are all doing good

I have diagnosed with pots since 1 and half year and things have been hard for me , did a lot of tests before 6 months and it came back normal except for sinus tachycardia Now I am experiencing hot flushes and palpitations, anxiety , air hunger , sometimes chest pain that comes and goes I am just panicking and I don’t know when this symptoms will stop , I am tired of going to the ER and the doctors I have iron deficiency anemia too When I put the pulse oxemitter it says that my oxygen and pulse are normal except for tachycardia sometimes I don’t know what to do , no one believes me My family thinks I am psychotic I am just sitting and crying with my symptoms and scared to go to the doctor #pots#tachycardia #air hunger
