Diablo 2 like charms

I don't want them to make a build, but allow earlier level to be easier/more flexible.

Small inventory dedicated to charm like idols in Legacy of Phrecia, unlockables slots based on progression(level/boss kill/act) mainly for early game damage and end game utility.

Want ; -flat stats (HP/mana/STR/DEX/INT/accuracy/HP and Mana Regen)

-Flat damage (physical/elementals/chaos/poison)

-%stats (resist/Faster Hit Recovery/gold find/magic find/move speed)

-Magic tier (2 affix) -Not craftable, can only use orb of augmentation to reroll affix, based on item level

Not sure; -Corruption -unique charms; +1 to red, green or blue gem level (can only equip one at a time)
