How do I go about knitting this veil?

I am getting married / eloping (it's nothing fancy) in a couple weeks and I really want to knit this veil for my girl. It's from sophie isabella. I have a mohair yarn at home that I want to use but I have no idea where to start. My knitting level is pretty intermediate, but I can get anything done if I put my mind to it. Help a knitter out!
