Any casual extraction shooters?

I kinda want to play an extraction shooter but the problem is, i suck at "tactical" pvp games cause they're full of sweats that play the game 25h a day and you cannot learn the game if you don't even survive 5minutes before losing all of your gear which leads to more losses. is there any more casual ES out there that i don't have to sell my soul for and aren't 70€?
