U$A citizen here- who do I write to to get banned from the country?

so I am a working class (poor) american living in germany. i have almost no ties left in the US just my mother and father, and no stuff. I never want to return but I am too poor to afford the fees to renounce. i will receive my residence permit here soon. I guess my question is, with all this fake nationalist clown shit going in in the states right now, surely it will be easy to piss them off enough to not allow me back into the country even if i wanted to come back, then i should have an easier time becoming a citizen somewhere else. who should I write to to really declare how much I hate the american government? I am 100 percent never paying these thugs and losers a single cent ever again to kill and rape little kids and bailout greedy assholes.
