Can someone with hashimotos please tell me if this is something worth investigating?

For context 
I have been trying to get some kind of diagnosis to explain my symptoms, starting with rheumatoid arthritis all the way to Crohn’s disease and every test comes back normal.

I do have hypothyroidism and take 200mg of levothyroxine but I feel like absolute shit everyday.

I’m chronically constipated, IBS like symptoms, bloated and gassy even when I haven’t eaten.

Unexplained weight gain, chronic fatigue and lethargy, joint and muscle pain sometimes I can’t walk.

Headaches and puffy face, heat intolerant, dry skin and brittle nails, keratoconus. 

I also have vitiligo and when I brought it to my doctors attention she told me to put fungal cream on it even though I told her I’ve had it since I was a child and it’s obviously not a fucking fungal infection.

I also get a red rash across my face similar to the lupus butterfly rash but the testing they did came back negative.

My doctor has flat out told me there’s nothing she or the hospital can do except for the copious amounts of pain killers I’m on. 

I’m literally at my wits end, I can’t work and can barely get out of bed to do things I enjoy. I’m not looking for a pity party I just need someone who has this disease to tell me if my test results are similar.
