Traveling

I’m going to Bali in March! I planned to take my 21 month daughter with me. I was reading online about “Bali Belly” and it got me nervous as well as traveling for 20 hours & how exhausting that’s going to be for her plus the time difference. My family offered to watch her while I go but I’ve never left her overnight & the trip is 10 days! What would you do? I trust them but I’m nervous since I’ve never done this.
