2014 Aftermarket Rim Selection

I just picked up a white R/T with what appear to be stock chrome rims. They're nice and all, but there's not much chrome on the car, so I'm looking to swap the rims out for something in black Any suggestions?

Also, interested in your thoughts on all-season tires for these frosty new England winters. TIA
