Best premium plus seat on 787–9?

Hi all, I will soon be flying from Munich to Dulles with United on a 787–9. Since the premium plus upgrade was only about $300 I went for it.

So my question is, because I am 7 foot tall, which premium plus row is going to offer the best possible legroom? Most of the seats are still available, including the bulkhead middle rows and last row. I am assuming it is the bulkhead, but I am just curious if the leg room is the same for every row in premium plus.
