Should my brother also register for the Rundfunkbeitrag?

Hey everyone,

I hope y'all are doing well. I just wanted to ask if my brother should also register for the rundfunkbeitrag. Bear in mind, that I already pay it under my name. I am not sure though as I heard that there is a registration for a Mitbewohner as well. If so how is this done, because I took a look at rundfunkbeitrag.de and I didn't find anything related whatsoever. As far as, I know the Rundfukbeitrag is per Household and not per person so everything should be okay.
