Is it better to not pay GLoan manually and let the auto repayment do its job?

Paid my GLoan dues on the day of my due date pero gulat ako 2x ako nag bayad. Nag manually pay ako and more than the amount pa nga tapos gulat ako ang laki ng bawas sa wallet ko. Upon checking my transactions nag auto repay na pala and I can't get my manual payment back.

As the title asks, mababawasan ba credit score ko or if nag manual pay na ako before the due date hindi na ako ma aauto repay?
