Accidentally took way too much tylenol + ibuprofen

24 Female 5’7 190 lbs

I never take them together, but I’ve had a really bad sore throat and just general body aches and illness so I’ve been taking them together, but I didn’t realize that the Tylenol was 500 mg extra strength. I thought that they were 200 mg. Meaning I took 3 of them 3 times today. 4500 tylenol. plus some ibuprofen. I’m 24. Healthy but now very worried about how much ducking tylenol I’ve been taking the last two days. I feel fine other than already present symptoms.
